Users must accurately report the number of leads in their file. We allow a leniency of up to 10 extra unaccounted leads or phone numbers in favor of Chaticom AI. It is at our discretion whether to fulfill these extra 10 leads based on our relationship with the client. If a user states they have fewer leads than they actually have in the file, they will be charged the full amount. When Chaticom AI provides leads, we ensure they adhere to relevant rules and regulations. However, if the client provides their own leads, it is the client’s responsibility to ensure compliance with applicable rules and regulations. The client assumes responsibility for any consequences if their leads do not follow these rules.

When purchasing leads, we strive to fulfill user preferences. However, Chaticom AI’s resources may sometimes be limited in finding leads within very specific areas or niches. We will do our best to meet the needs as requested by the user but cannot guarantee the availability of leads in all requested categories.
